Giving a Winning Tender Presentation or Beauty Parade

 

  1. Research the potential client team and match your team to theirs.
  2. Build a relationship and develop a rapport in the presentation.
  3. Prepare a clear structure and relevant content – hedgehog/sputnik.
  4. Identify key messages you want to convey.
  5. Create non-distracting visual aids.
  6. Prepare an Agenda and keep to time.
  7. Overcome nerves.
  8. Use and read body language – yours and that of the potential client.
  9. Prepare and practise answers to difficult questions you might be asked.
  10. Allocate questions for you to ask the client.
  11. Discuss fees without embarrassment.

Methodology
 

The workshop will include theory, discussion, checklists, case studies, role plays, class exercises, examples, presentations, tools, tips, traps and techniques. Some interactive parts of the workshop will be filmed on video, the output reviewed constructively and feedback given.
